Hello CQ team and community,

We’re managing several consulting engagements across different departments, and I’m looking for best practices or tool recommendations for tracking consulting hours at both the project and vendor level.

Ideally, we’d like to compare estimated vs actual hours, and possibly benchmark productivity or delivery efficiency across partners.

Is there a feature in Consource or another CQ tool that supports this? Or does anyone use a framework outside of CQ for this type of analysis?
